- Service Agreement: By engaging our professional window tinting services, you agree to these terms and conditions, forming a binding agreement between you (the customer) and our window tinting shop.
- Consultation and Estimates: We offer a consultation to discuss your window tinting needs and provide an estimate for the services required. The estimate is based on the information provided at the time of consultation and may be subject to change after an on-site assessment.
- Pricing and Payment: The pricing for our window tinting services will be provided in the estimate. Payment for the services rendered is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, or other approved payment methods.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we use. Our window tinting services come with a warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty period and coverage details will be provided to you at the time of installation.
- Customer Responsibilities:
a. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the make, model, and condition of your vehicle or property, as well as any specific requirements or restrictions.
b. Compliance with Laws: It is your responsibility to ensure that the window tinting service complies with all local laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your area. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.
c. Preparation: Prior to the scheduled appointment, you agree to ensure that the vehicle or property is clean and free from any obstacles or obstructions that may impede the window tinting process.
- Limitation of Liability: While we take every precaution to provide professional and reliable window tinting services, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during or after the installation. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage to existing window seals, electrical components, or modifications made to the vehicle or property.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold our window tinting shop and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our window tinting shop is located. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- Work on Customer's Vehicle: Exclusive Customs provides customization, modification, and maintenance services for vehicles. While we strive to complete the work in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes for completion. You acknowledge and agree that any time taken off work or any related costs incurred due to the vehicle being within our workshop are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Ambient Lighting
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before proceeding with the installation of lights in your vehicle. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the car lighting installation services provided by Exclusive Customs ("Installer"). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
- Services: a. Exclusive Customs will install lighting components in your vehicle as per your specifications and preferences. b. Exclusive Customs will provide expert advice regarding lighting options, but the final decision rests with the customer. c. Exclusive Customs will ensure the installation adheres to relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Customer Responsibilities: a. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their requirements. b. The customer must ensure that their vehicle is in good working condition, mechanically sound, and suitable for the installation. c. The customer shall promptly notify Exclusive Customs of any changes or issues that may affect the installation process.
- Components and Warranty: a. Exclusive Customs will source and provide high-quality lighting components from reputable manufacturers. b. The warranty for lighting components will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturers. c. Exclusive Customs will not be held liable for any defects, damages, or malfunctions of lighting components beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
- Installation Process: a. Exclusive Customs will use reasonable care and skill during the installation process. b. Exclusive Customs will not be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle's existing components unless it results from Exclusive Customs' negligence. c. Exclusive Customs will not be liable for any pre-existing issues or damages that may become apparent during the installation.
- Adjustments and Performance: a. Exclusive Customs will aim and adjust the lights to the best of their ability to ensure proper functionality and compliance with applicable regulations. b. Exclusive Customs will not be liable for any adjustments or modifications made by the customer or any third parties after the installation.
- Limitation of Liability: a. Exclusive Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation services. b. Exclusive Customs' liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the installation services.
- Termination: a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there is a material breach by the other party. b. In the event of termination, the customer shall be liable for the services rendered up to the termination date.
- Client Communication and Post-Installation Liability: a. Exclusive Customs will make reasonable efforts to inform the client of any changes, problems, or issues related to the vehicle that may arise during the installation process. b. If Exclusive Customs communicates any such changes, problems, or issues to the client and the client agrees to proceed with the installation despite being informed, Exclusive Customs shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages that may occur after the installation is carried out. c. The client acknowledges that once the installation process is completed, Exclusive Customs shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, malfunctions, or issues that may arise due to the installation or subsequent use of the lighting components.
- Client Agreement with Deposit Payment: a. In the event that the client has paid a deposit prior to the commencement of the car lighting installation, it shall be considered as an indication of their agreement to proceed with the installation services as outlined in this Agreement. b. By making a deposit, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. c. The client understands that the deposit payment is non-refundable, except in cases where Exclusive Customs is unable to fulfil the agreed-upon installation services due to factors beyond its control.
- Work on Customer's Vehicle: Exclusive Customs provides customization, modification, and maintenance services for vehicles. While we strive to complete the work in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes for completion. You acknowledge and agree that any time taken off work or any related costs incurred due to the vehicle being within our workshop are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Vehicle Amendments: In the event that any amendments or adjustments are required on the work performed by Exclusive Customs, you understand and agree that the vehicle may need to be brought back to our workshop for further modifications or corrections. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues promptly and to minimize any inconvenience caused. Otherwise an alternate date and time will be agreed to carry out those amendments and corrections
- Time Off Work: Exclusive Customs shall not be held liable for any loss of income, time taken off work, or related expenses incurred by the customer due to the need for the vehicle to return for amendments. You acknowledge and accept that it is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements and to bear any associated costs or inconveniences.
By proceeding with the car lighting installation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Exclusive Customs, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
Appointments, bookings, time slots, and cancellations:
- Appointment Booking: To schedule an appointment for window tinting services, you can contact us via phone, email, or through our online booking system. Appointment availability is subject to our schedule and technician availability.
- Time Slots: We offer specific time slots for appointments. It is important to arrive on time to ensure efficient use of our resources and to avoid delays. We will make every effort to adhere to the scheduled time slot, but please understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause minor adjustments to the timing.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
a. Cancellation by the Customer: You have the right to cancel your appointment prior to the scheduled booking under certain circumstances. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within a reasonable timeframe allow us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to other customers.
b. Rescheduling by the Customer: If you wish to change the time and date of your appointment after it has been booked, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, based on our schedule and technician availability. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible, especially if it is requested at short notice.
c. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Exclusive Customs: In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or other operational constraints. If such a situation arises, we will notify you as soon as possible and make arrangements to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
d. Changes to Services: If you wish to make changes to the scope of services requested after the appointment is booked, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may be subject to technician availability and additional charges.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining time slot or make alternative arrangements if necessary. However, please note that late arrival may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling if we are unable to accommodate the full scope of the services within the available time.
- No-shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation will be considered a no-show. In case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee or require a deposit for future appointments.
- Changes to Services: If you wish to make changes to the scope of services requested after the appointment is booked, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may be subject to technician availability and additional charges.

We will use the provided contact details to communicate important information regarding your appointment, such as reminders, changes, or cancellations. We are not responsible for any missed communications due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

Vehicle Vinyl Wrapping Terms and Conditions
1. Vehicle Condition Assessment
a. The client acknowledges that a thorough assessment of the vehicle's condition will be conducted before the vinyl wrapping process begins.
b. Any pre-existing damage, including dents, scratches, rust, or other imperfections, will be documented and shared with the client.
c. The client understands that addressing pre-existing damage may involve additional costs and should be agreed upon before commencing the wrapping process.
d. The client further acknowledges that any prior imperfections mentioned to them regarding the vehicle may affect the longevity and outcome of the vinyl wrap job.
e. Exclusive Customs will not provide warranties or refunds for issues arising from pre-existing imperfections when the client chooses to proceed despite professional advice to the contrary.
2. Vehicle Cleaning and Surface Preparation
a. The client agrees to ensure that the vehicle is washed and cleaned thoroughly before delivering it for vinyl wrapping.
b. It is the responsibility of the client to remove all dirt, grease, wax, and contaminants from the vehicle's exterior.
c. The client acknowledges that proper surface preparation is essential for a successful vinyl wrap application.
d. The client understands that failure to adequately clean and prepare the vehicle's surface may result in adhesion issues or an unsatisfactory appearance of the wrap.
3. Vehicle Disassembly (if applicable)
a. In cases where disassembly of vehicle parts (e.g., bumpers, mirrors, door handles) is necessary for the vinyl wrap application, the client will be informed in advance.
b. The client agrees to cover any additional costs associated with disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components.
4. Post-Heating
a. The client understands that post-heating of the vinyl is a standard practice to activate the adhesive and help it conform to the vehicle's curves.
5. Client Responsibilities
a. The client agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as any additional agreements made in writing or verbally between the client and Exclusive Customs .
b. The client will cooperate with the vinyl wrapping professionals, providing any necessary information, access to the vehicle, and approvals during the wrapping process.
c. The client will inspect the completed vinyl wrap upon completion and notify the service provider of any concerns or issues promptly.
6. Modifications and Alterations
a. Any modifications or alterations to the agreed-upon vinyl wrapping project must be discussed and approved by both parties.
9. Payment and Costs
a. The client agrees to pay for the vinyl wrapping services as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate or invoice.
b. Additional costs resulting from vehicle condition, disassembly, or other unforeseen factors will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.
10. Warranty and Liability
a. The client understands that the vinyl wrap installation is subject to a warranty provided by the service provider, and any claims must be made in accordance with the warranty terms.
b. Exclusive Customs will not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle's pre-existing condition or any issues arising from improper maintenance or misuse of the wrapped vehicle.
c. Exclusive Customs will not be liable for any job that was requested by the client with any prior imperfections mentioned to them regarding the vehicle.
By proceeding with the vehicle vinyl wrapping project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
